Does it change the room itself?
No — and we check. Every render is compared with your original before you see it; any pass that repaints a wall, adds moulding or blacks out the window is discarded and redone.
What if a photo comes back wrong?
Retry it. Retries are free, up to eight a photo, and only the photos you download use a credit.
What happens to unused photos?
Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. If you finish two months running with more than half unused, we email you and say so.
